Reality first

We start by understanding how your organisation actually operates before we form any view on what should be built. The constraints of your sector, your regulatory environment, and your team's daily workflow are the brief. The software follows from those, not the other way around.

Every interface decision earns its place or it does not ship. We test each one against a simple question: does this make things easier for the person using it every day, or does it just look good in a walkthrough? The person using it every day wins. Every time.
